Lead Form Set Up
One of the core benefits of the Certified Partner program is the ability to have a personalized lead form integrated into the CartQ website.
The lead form is your chance to tell your story and let prospective businesses know that you are a real person who will take care of them.
So, a recommended approach to this is to create the lead form and familiarize yourself with the various fields at first and then go back later to fine-tune everything.
To set up your Lead Form, go to Leads > Lead Form > Click Edit
Note that each account only has one Lead Form.

Set the Tag
The tag indicates the what the URL will be for your lead form.

Bio Text
This is your chance to tell your story. Try to make the bio as interesting as possible.
Form Text
This is where you can customize the headlines and note text on your lead form.
Video Embed Code
A video is shown in the gray box on the left side.
You can choose to use the default video, a YouTube video, or your own custom video embed code.

Email Content
You can customize the email content, including the Email Message and your Email Signature.
Advanced Tracking HTML
This will go in the body tag on the lead form page and can be used for tracking pixels.
This is also an opportunity where you can copy/paste your website bubble code from your Commerce account, if you want to offer the ability for prospective businesses to contacting you via that method. (You would need to proceed with a dedicated phone number to do this.)

Profile Photo
The lead form will use your profile photo from your User Profile.
Click your username in the top right > User Profile > Profile Photo
This is optional, but recommended to add a personalized touch to your lead form.

View Your Lead Form
Now it's time to try out your Lead Form.
It's recommended that you preview it in Light mode and Dark mode (you can toggle this at the very bottom of your Lead Form page).
Also try filling out the form as a lead would and preview the email you receive.
You should also get a notification that the lead was submitted.
