Onboarding Clients
When a lead fills out your Lead Form, you'll get an email notification.
They will get a confirmation email that you can customize the message for.
It will have a large green button to "Visit CartQ", which is made of your Referral Link.
The next tasks would be to set up a demo and get them signed up when they're ready.
Remind them to click on the "Visit CartQ" button in the email, or send them your Referral Link from Home > Overview > Referral Link.
At this point they should be in your Clients list and they can begin the onboarding process. (View the "Certified Partner Certification Overview" document for information on linking yourself after they've already signed up, in case a step was missed.)

Send Essential Onboarding Tasks Email
The "Essentials" tasks are those that should be completed by the business owner because they involve information that only they have.
So, the goal is to have the business owner complete all the tasks labeled as "Essentials" (Home > Essentials tab), preferably before you do an onboarding call with them, since that will remove all obstacles to getting them up and running quickly.
If you would like to remind them to complete the Essentials tasks, you can choose that option from the Options list on your Clients page.
The email notification sent out to them will have a list of outstanding items that they need to complete by logging in.
So, the goal is to have the business owner complete all the tasks labeled as "Essentials" (Home > Essentials tab), preferably before you do an onboarding call with them, since that will remove all obstacles to getting them up and running quickly.

Testimonial Form
Once they are onboarded and you have established a positive relationship with them, you may want to ask if they'd be willing to create a testimonial for you.
To send them a link, go to Clients > Options button > Send Testimonial Form

Your 4-5 star testimonials that are authorized to be displayed publicly will be shown on your Lead Form at the bottom to give you credibility.
