Give Away Offer
Give Away Offers are what you'd use if you want to blast an offer out to your entire list, like if you're having a special event, promotion or for an upcoming holiday.
Note: The system will automatically create a certificate for each recipient when a Give Away offer is sent out.
Give Aways Offers can be a one time event, or you can schedule it to be repeating.

This is just when you want to queue it up to go out sometime in the future (or immediately), and just send it one time only.

If you choose Yearly Holiday, you can pick from some of the most popular holidays.

But of course we most likely will want to send it out before the holiday has happened, so, when you choose a holiday, you'll get the option to choose how many days before that you want to send it out.
Because this is a yearly event, and certain holidays can happen on different days each year, the system will automatically do the math for you so you don't need to figure it out on your own.

This will create the certificates and blast them out two weeks before Father's Day, every year.

If you choose repeating interval, you can pick from a variety of interval schedules:

If you're sending at some time in the future (not immediately), then you can choose the Send Time.
Note: As a safeguard against sending duplicate messages, the date/time must be in the future in order for the system to queue up the marketing blast.
Additionally, the system will prevent sending more than one message to a patron for a given offer within a 120 minute period.

We can choose to send only to a certain group of recipients, based on our Custom Tags.
For example, we might want to only send to our VIPs.

Once you save the page, on the listing page it will show you what the Blast Schedule is and when the Next Blast is set to go out.

View Blasts
You can view the Blasts that are associated with a particular offer by clicking the View button in the Blast Schedule column, or click Reports > Marketing Blasts to view all.
