Custom Email Note
CartQ provides a way for you to add a custom email note for the following offer types:
- Bounce Back
- We Miss You
- Give Away
- Celebration
These are all offer types that can be sent out at times that aren't right when the customer has interacted in some way.
So the Custom Email Note can let them know why they are getting the email.
For example, for a Bounce Back, you could say something like, "Thanks for your recent visit. We'd love to have you back soon!".
But for a We Miss You message, it would say something different, like, "We've missed you! We have something for you...".
For Give Away messages, if it's centered around a holiday or a quarterly event, it's a great idea to mention that as the reason.
The field is optional, so can leave it blank to use the default note text: "Enjoy this complimentary certificate on your next visit!"
You can also send yourself a sample message to preview how everything looks in the email.
