The purpose of Bounce Back Offers is to get the customer to come back soon.
They are sent out in response to some type of action that the customer took, like redeeming an offer or filling out a review form.

For example, when someone redeems a Sign-Up Gift, you can choose to send a Bounce Back Offer to them.
