Calendar Card Offer
A Calendar Card is an 8.5x11" flyer or postcard with one special offer for each month of the year that you can directly mail to homes or conveniently print and distribute at your location for use as placemats, bag stuffers or even having a stack at your counter.
The idea behind Calendar Cards is that by having one flyer or postcard with 12 offers on it (one deal per month), the recipient might be more likely to put the postcard on their fridge in order to get the deals throughout the year.
And in order to share in the mailing cost, you could co-op with a real estate agent or insurance agent for mailing out a Calendar Card via USPS Every Door Direct Mail.
The appeal to the local agent is that their information would be more likely to stay in front of the recipient than if they had just mailed a solo postcard.
The agent's information can be included at the bottom of the Calendar Card, via the Business Cards feature in CartQ.

Mailer Colors & Headlines
You can set the primary and secondary text colors and the background color.
If you are using a business card for the bottom strip, you can customize those colors as well in order to help distinguish it from the grid of squares.
You can customize the main headline and subheadline that goes in the middle section.

Add 12 Squares
Enter a number, 1.0-12.0, that designates the month in which this offer will be valid. (January=1.0, February=2.0, December=12.0, etc..)
Ideally you'll want to add 12 squares total (one for each month). However, if you don't have a square for a particular month, the system will re-use squares, as needed.
This allows you to tie a specific offer to a specific month, for seasonal offers (St. Patrick's Day, Mother's Day, etc..).
Because the offers are tied to specific months, you can run a mailing at any time of year. The position of the offers will change, but the month that each offer belongs to will always remain.

Next Month
Two Months From Now
Three Months From Now
The month that you choose will be placed in the top left corner of the PDF.
This allows you to mail out the Calendar Card any time during the year, with the offers being appropriately repositioned.
For example, if the current month is April and you want to mail out the Calendar Card at the very end of May or the beginning of June, you might choose "Two Months From Now". This way the offer in the top left corner of the Calendar Card will be the offer for June, and all the other offers will then be placed in order, by month, going from left to right. So, across the top, the offers would be June, July, August, September, October, November, etc...
