Points Entry Offer
The Points Entry Offer is the offer that's used for staff members to enter points for a customer when the customer doesn't have any other offer they are redeeming on that visit.
In other words, if a customer is coming in for a visit, spends $50 and wants to receive points for their visit, they would present their Points Entry certificate to the staff member, who would enter 50 into the subtotal box, and the customer would receive 50 points.
Each account can have only one Points Entry Offer, and each patron receives a unique points entry certificate upon any type of registration as a patron (Sign-Up Gift, eGift Card sale, etc..).
This Points Entry certificate is always available for the patron to use.

Sign Up Gift For New Registrations
If you want to offer some type of incentive for joining, you can choose a sign up gift.
Make sure to mention the incentive in your Custom Description so it will be clear to customers when they hit the Points Entry page.

Button For Online Menu
This allows you to use the QR Code and accompanying flyers for this offer at your tables.
When scanned, the customer will be able to click the button to go to your Online Menu while also being able to see and sign-up for this offer.

PDF Print Outs
You can customize and print out a variety of PDF sizes for various uses:
8.5x11" - Use in table tents or just to print in a normal printer and display anywhere.
5x7" & 4x6" - photo size for use in table tents
3.5x2" - business card size
4.25x5.5" (x4) or 2.8x3.7" (x9) cutouts - print in a normal printer, cut into quarters and staple to bags or distribute.

Having a combined menu and reward program on one flyer is a great way to onboard customers into your program because it takes advantage of the fact that they are already scanning the QR code to view your menu, and can simply complete the registration page to join your rewards program.
But for existing patrons in your database, having the QR codes on table tents also provides an easy way for them to get to their points entry certificate, simply by entering their phone or email, even if they don't want to view the menu.

When the QR Code is scanned, the Points Entry Offer page will open.
If you've checkmarked to show the button for your online menu, that will be displayed at the top of the page so the customer will have the option to go on to your online menu.
The customer now has several options:
- They can go on to view your online menu.
- If they have already registered for the rewards program, they can enter their phone number or email so they can get points for their visit by a staff member
- If they are a new customer, they can join and get the Sign-Up Gift incentive, or simply sign up so they can get their points if you aren't offering a Sign-Up Gift incentive.
They will also see the rewards that they can get at the very bottom of the page.

If they are a returning customer and enter their phone or email, it will immediately take them to their unique points entry certificate.
Staff can complete the redemption on the customer's phone, or the customer can Transfer to Staff.

If the system doesn't find their phone or email, and you are did not choose a Sign-Up Gift for new registrations, it will take them to the Points Entry sign up page.

Sign-Up Gift Incentive
If they are not found in the system and you are offering a Sign-Up Gift, it will take them to that page so they can register.
Since they would most likely be redeeming their Sign-Up Gift on that visit, they wouldn't need to utilize their points entry certificate as well (since you'd only want to award the points one time per visit).
But they'll be in the system for their next visit.
