Demo Phone Number

If you have just signed up for a new account and you're within the trial period, or if you're outside of the trial period but you've registered for a dedicated phone number, submitted your 10DLC profile and are still waiting for approval, you can use the Demo Phone Number feature.

This gives you the ability to interact with text messaging on your account almost as if you would with a dedicated number.
Save Your Customer Phone Number
Simply save your mobile number to your 'Customer Phone Number' field and then make sure to use this number when you fill out any of your website bubble, sign-up or check-out forms as a customer.

For example, if your mobile number is 708-000-0000, just click the link below the field and it will enter that number into the Customer Phone Number field.

Interact with your website bubble or sign-up forms.
Interact with your website bubble or sign-up forms using the Customer Phone Number you entered.

You'll then get the appropriate text message replies or notifications from the 'Demo Phone Number'. You can then reply to the Demo Phone Number on your mobile device and see how the conversation looks within the communications module when it has various replies.

Note: Since the Demo Phone Number is shared across many accounts within CartQ, using your Customer Phone Number is how the system will know what account the incoming text message belongs to.
Use your Customer Phone Number when you fill out any forms.
Customer Phone Number can only be on one account at a time.
Important: If you manage multiple CartQ accounts, note that a given 'Customer Phone Number' can only be saved on one account at a time. Saving it on a new account will release it from the former account.

In other words, whatever account you have saved the mobile number to last is the account that it will work on.
