The communications module allows your visitors to text your business directly from your website.

A new thread is started on their phone
When visitors click the circle and send the text, they get a confirmation and a new text thread starts on their phone, which is easy and familiar for them - just like texting with a friend.

Your staff is notified
During setup, you'll add your staff members as users. When a new message comes in, notifications go out to your staff via text or email.

The email will have some of the most recent previous messages so you can quickly get the context of the conversation.

Or if you want to open the whole thread, you can click View & Reply. No login is required, so the thread will open instantly.

Clicking the link in the email or text notification will immediately open the full conversation thread in a browser window with a simple interface where one can reply or reassign.
