Text-Us Website Bubbles

The website bubble is one of the core features of the Communications plan. This feature allows you to put a javascript code on your website that will pop open a bubble in the bottom right corner.
Configure the locations it applies to.
If you have multiple locations and you choose All Locations, the customer will be able to choose the specific location to direct their message to.

If you choose a specific location (or you only have one location), all customer messages will be directed to that location, without the customer having the option to choose.

You can customize all the text, or stick with the sensible default messages.

You can also upload a custom logo, if your main account logo doesn't have the right amount of padding for the website bubble circle, for example.

The visitor will get an automated reply text so that it opens up and establishes a new thread on their phone for your business.

Any user with 'Notify Upon Communications Unassigned' checkmarked will be notified so they can take the appropriate next action.
