Predefined Replies
If you ever find yourself having to repeat the same answers over and over for customers, you can create predefined replies.
Three Types of Predefined Replies
Communications - Available when replying via the Communications module
RSVN/Waitlist - Text Messages - These are the quick text messages you can click on to send to customers who are waiting, like "Your table is ready", etc...
RSVN/Waitlist - Phone Call Messages - When a customer's table is ready, you can also send them a phone call, where a text-to-speech voice will say your message to the customer over the phone.

Edit Predefined Reply
Add & edit your predefined replies.
Communications
Predefined replies for Communications will show up in a drop-down when you are replying so you can quickly chose the right answer with just a couple clicks.
RSVN/Waitlist
When you are wanting to notify a customer on the waitlist, you can click the Notify button and choose the right message to either call or text.
The system will immediately place the call or send the text message with just one click.
