Reward Offer

Reward Offers are the type of offer that a patron can get with the points that they've earned.

One point earned is the same as one dollar, so if a customer spends $100, they'll receive 100 points.

They can then spend their points on reward offers.

For example:

Earn 200 Points and receive a Free Appetizer.
Earn 500 Points and receive a Free Entree.
Set the Reward Title
Keep this as simple as possible. In this example, we'll use the default: "Free Appetizer".

Earn Points & Get Rewards
The customer can view the rewards when viewing the Points Entry page or Local Check-In page, when they're not logged in to their account, so they'll be informed about what they can get if they join and start earning points.

They'll see the message: "Once you accumulate enough points, you can claim the reward of your choice. You'll then get a certificate that you can redeem on your next visit."

Browse For Rewards
When the patron is logged in, they can click on the Rewards button to browse for rewards.

There is also a Rewards button in every email notification they receive that will automatically log them in and take them to the rewards page.

As soon as they earn enough points to receive a particular reward, the reward will then become available to be claimed.
