Review Forms
Review forms allow you to collect feedback from customers on the experience they had during their visit.
Review forms are a great way to get honest feedback if things didn't go so well for the customer, as well as a way to consistently hear from customers that had a great experience.
Because of the convenience and automation of the review forms, you can collect a lot of positive reviews in a short period of time that can optionally be displayed publicly on your CartQ business page.

Positive review options
If the customer leaves a positive review, there are several things that the system can do.
First, it can send the customer a Bounce Back offer.
Next, it can show a thank-you page, or it can redirect to an external link. Both of these can be configured separately for positive reviews and for negative reviews.
Finally, the thank you page for positive reviews (4-5 stars) will have links to your social reviews sites where the customer can copy the review they just left and paste it into each of your social sites.
Note that the thank you page for negative reviews will not have the links to your social sites.

Negative review options
While we always strive to provide a good customer experience, sometimes that doesn't happen and the customer leaves a negative review.
In this case, you can display a custom thank-you page with a message catered to the negative review.
You also can send a special Bounce Back offer as compensation and as a way to get them to come back to try to make things right.
