Business Page

Each account gets its own Business Page, which is essentially a one-stop shop for everything that your customers will need.

You can simply put one link to your Business Page on your website, and customers can click that go to off your website and on to your Business Page.

When they want to go back to your website, they can click the link in the top left (where it has "Example.com" in the screenshot).

Your Business Page allows patrons to login and access everything on their account.

You can set the theme color so it matches your brand.

CartQ does offer a white-labeled CNAME option for franchises and business groups, etc.., which allows you to use your own custom domain name for your Business Page.
Featured Items
When you first hit the Business Page, you'll see the list of Featured Items.

These are the offers that can be signed-up for or purchased and that you have designated to be shown on your Featured Items list.

These offers will only show up if the checkout window is available, so you can rotate offers automatically based on the season.

When you edit your Website Bubble, you can optionally set it to show up on your Featured Items list on your Business Page, as seen in the screenshot.

Points & Rewards
Next is a link for Points & Rewards.

This shows the Points Entry Look Up page, which provides a fast and convenient way for a customer to access their Points Entry certificate by just entering their phone number.

Reservations
Next is an optional link where customers can Make a Reservation.

The Reservation Offer that shows here is the one where you have checkmarked as a Featured Item (you can only have one Reservation Offer designated as a Featured Item).

Finally to the right is a link for the list of positive reviews left by customers.

This link can be turned on and off in your Account Settings.

My Q
If a patron is logged in, they will see a link for "My Q".

This is a list of all certificates that they have access to, via sign ups, birthdays, special offers, purchases, etc..

As certificates are redeemed, they'll end up in the "Archived" list, so they aren't cluttering up the "My Q" page, but can still be accessed later on.

Points Entry
A patron that is logged in won't see the Points & Rewards link, but will instead see a Points Entry link that goes right to their Points Entry certificate.

The Points Entry certificate is what they'll present to staff when they want to get credit for points earned but don't have any other special offer certificate that they are redeeming on that particular visit.

Rewards
A logged-in patron will see a Rewards link, which will present them with Rewards that are either available to get, or crossed out if they don't have the number of points required.

Points History
Finally, the patron can click on their email in the top right corner to access account-level links, like their Points History, Purchase History, the Profile for changing their email or phone, and for opting in to receive marketing emails and text messages.

They can also submit a ticket here if they want to request a refund.
