Authorize PayPal

CartQ utilizes PayPal to handle all e-commerce transactions, including eGift Card, Certificates, Discount Cards & Subscription Box offers.

You will have the option to authorize and link an existing PayPal account or create a new PayPal account during the PayPal onboarding process.

So if you have a PayPal merchant account set up, authorizing CartQ can be done in just a few clicks.
CartQ Handles Refunds
Authorizing CartQ gives permission for CartQ to facilitate transactions on your behalf, including submitting refunds.

So although businesses can submit refunds through their PayPal account, CartQ primarily handles refunds to make it easier for the customer and to ease the customer support burden from the business owner.

Customers who make purchases through CartQ to be able to submit refund requests via a CartQ customer support ticket, by using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the CartQ home page.

Funds go directly into your PayPal account
CartQ charges a 1% fee with a minimum of $1 per sale.

This CartQ fee is automatically deducted by PayPal, along with the fee that PayPal charges, and the remainder is deposited directly into your PayPal account.
